Deactivate a Subscriber

DELETE https://app.supercast.com/api/v1/subscribers/{id}

Deactivate a subscribers feed.

Deactivated subscribers will no longer be able to retrieve episodes and their feed will be replaced with an empty feed.

Subscribers will not be deleted when this is called in order to maintain an audit trail of subscriber history.
